Quince trees

Do you want something special in your garden?

Then consider a quince tree. A quince is an "old-fashioned" fruit that you cannot eat as it is, but once cooked, a quince is very tasty. It gives off a wonderful aroma and is especially tasty when combined with meat (e.g. in a stew). You can also make quince jam or jelly from it. The quince is a beautiful winter-hardy deciduous tree and does not grow very large (depending on the cultivar about 3 to 4 metres).

Quince flowers after most other fruit trees and is therefore a very valuable food source for bees!
You can now pre-order bare-root fruit trees!
These will be delivered from the end of October to November 2025. This will be done in order of receipt of order and/or payment.

Please note: orders for bare-root fruit trees and shrubs are processed and shipped separately, so it is unfortunately not possible to pre-order them together with potted plants or trees. Orders for these must be placed separately.
