The honey berry is a very versatile berry, it can be used for making jam, but also for wine or liqueur. It is also good for drying.

Do not pick the berries too early! A honey berry is only ripe when it has a good blue/purple colour. Leave it hanging for another 10 days or so. Then the taste is at its best.
